Arrival & Departure Policy

• Check In Time – 2 PM
• Check Out Time – 11 AM
• Note : Late Check-Out or Early Check-In will be subject to availability of rooms at discretion of Hotel Management.

Cancellation & Retention Policy

• Booking amount through Agents will be Non Refundable.
• 30% of package amount will be charged, if cancellations are done 15 days & before, from the date of arrival.
• 50% of package amount will be charged, if cancellations are done between 7 to 14 days, from the date of arrival.
• 100% retention, if cancellations are done during 0-6 days, from date of arrival or for no-shows.

Proof of  ID

• As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In itself which can be in form of Passport, PAN Card ,Voter ID Card, Driving License, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal.

Special Warning

• Consumption of any illegal drug of any kind is prohibited in Resort.
• All type of illegal activities are prohibited.
• Breakages charges as applicable will be paid by Guests as per latest policy issued by Management.
